9. Exchanges & Returns

a) Satisfaction guaranteed:

The articles for sale in our online store are guaranteed exclusively by the Producers.

Offering maximum quality and excellence is our commitment to the customer. If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt to execute your right to exchange or return.

b) Return conditions:

To make an exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original and intact packaging and must be accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.

Once the merchandise has been received by the Producer, at its premises and after proof of its status, the Producer will proceed to return its value according to the payment method made by the customer. In case of return of any item accepted by the Producer and whose purchase has been made with a card then the return will be made exactly by the same method, that is, the return to the customer will also be made on the card. Due to the procedures of Unicre and the different banking institutions, returns may take a long time to be credited to an account, in the case of national cards 2 to 7 days and in the case of international cards, this period may be up to 14 days. The Producer is completely oblivious to this delay as he will make the return immediately so he cannot be held responsible for it.

In any case, the return of products that verify the poor condition of the articles will be admitted, within the validity / conservation period assigned and wrong shipments, the Producer being responsible for the costs of shipping and collection whenever the customer communicates this. circumstance within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the shipment, and the actual failure in the product or misunderstanding of the shipment is proven.

The producer will assume responsibility for the poor condition of the purchased items and if this happens, the product will be exchanged or returned at no cost to the customer.
The return or exchange of products is not accepted after being consumed in part or in full. The Producer is not responsible for the deficiencies resulting from poor maintenance, neglect of conservation or other causes of force majeure, nor for the components submitted after sale.

The following products are not eligible for return unless they are in the original sealed packaging, are defective or have been shipped incorrectly: all items.
